Thank you for choosing ACD Network for your auto parts and parts pickup needs. Please read the following terms carefully before scheduling a parts pickup:
A refundable security deposit is required prior to pickup. This deposit must be sent via Interac e-Transfer to:

The exact amount of the deposit will be confirmed with you during booking.
This deposit is held to ensure the return of the core in acceptable condition.
Upon successful return and inspection of the parts, your deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
If the parts is not returned or is returned in unacceptable condition (e.g., damaged or incomplete), the deposit may be forfeited.
Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
Our team will contact you to confirm the time and location.
It is your responsibility to ensure the part is properly packaged and ready for pickup.
If our driver is unable to collect the part due to improper preparation or absence, you may be charged an additional pickup fee.
